He also owns Ocean Blue Title and is a licensed real estate instructor for the State of Florida and the Florida Association of Realtors.

Dave’s expertise spans residential sales, luxury properties, new construction, and REO (Real Estate Owned) transactions, with over 1,000 REO properties sold throughout Central Florida.
